Engineering Services – Houlton Superior Court

The County of Aroostook is soliciting proposals for engineering services to design a side entry concrete walkway and steps at the Houlton Superior Courthouse, including a field survey, ADA-compliant design, and project cost analysis for both heatable and non-heatable options, plus materials estimates, removal estimates, and drawings. The scope also calls for producing a project manual, materials/equipment list, bid documents and drawings, and providing copies of all documents to the County for review and approval. Sealed bids are due by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on December 29, 2025, and will be presented at a public meeting on January 6, 2026.
