Work consists of Kellogg Creek WRRF Administration Building Remodel. Remodel the existing administration building at the Kellogg Wastewater Recovery Facility and construct additions of approximately 1,550 sf. Existing locker and break rooms currently located elsewhere on campus will be moved to this building. The addition will include dedicated conference and break rooms which may be combined into a larger community meeting room by opening a folding partition. The existing building interior will be remodeled with new floors, walls, doors, roofing and limited new siding and fenestration. MEP systems will be largely remodeled and refreshed, and new finishes will be installed throughout. Additional plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities will be added.

County of Frederick, MD is soliciting sealed bids for the PSTF Training Building and Annex Remodel to construct a new training building and perform annex remodel work including exterior shell, windows and doors, interior stairs and second-level framing, code-minimum lighting and mechanical items, sub-slab MEP, foundation/slab and unclassified earthwork. The IFB requires a 5% bid deposit and fully executed performance and payment bonds; a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 13, 2026 and questions are due January 22, 2026. Sealed bids are due February 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time; bid documents and drawings are posted in the buyer's procurement portal project documents.
