Energy Audit and Benchmarking Services for Multifamily Buildings (RFP)

Seeking a qualified and experienced firm to conduct building energy assessments for multifamily buildings. Preliminary data collection and scheduling: analyze information given from city about selected cohort of buildings, including location, utility bills and configuration of billing, square footage, etc. Schedule site visits directly with property owners and obtain any necessary information for accessing buildings. Familiarity or approval as a registered contractor under pepco's quick home energy check (qhec) program would be preferred. Conduct common area assessments: perform on-site assessments in common areas of each building. See outside link.
