EMS Consulting Service RFP

Description: Professional services to conduct Emergency Medical/Ambulance Services System Assessment, Sustainability Planning, and Stakeholder Engagement. The City is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the completion of an EMS/Ambulance Service Strategic Plan and accompanying sustainability options. The Plan will encompass the Box Elder corporate limits, Ellsworth Air Force Base, and portions of Pennington and Meade Counties and other adjacent areas that the City determines to be appropriate for inclusion.
