Summary
Seeking a qualified vendor to provide an Employee Service Recognition Awards Program. The County recognizes employees who reach key service milestones by issuing a recognition item at one year of service and at each subsequent five‑year increment. The selected vendor will supply a program that offers a variety of gift options for employees to choose from at each milestone level, along with professionally produced recognition certificates. The term of the contract will commence on or about January 1, 2027, and shall be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms and conditions, and by mutual consent of both
parties.
