Camp Mabry Portables Re-Solicitation
The Texas Military Department requires two temporary modular workspace facilities at Camp Mabry in Austin for 165 personnel—110 at the North Site and 55 at the South Site. Each facility must be installed, accepted by TMD, and ready for occupancy by April 16, 2027; the facilities will be leased for an initial 36-month term, with two one-year renewal options and an option for TMD to purchase either or both. The re-solicitation replaces the earlier IFB and its first three addenda; no pre-bid site visit or formal question-and-answer period will be held, and competitive sealed bids are due November 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM CST.
