Emergency Debris and Disaster Recovery Services RFP

Description: The City of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is soliciting sealed responses for Emergency Debris and Disaster Recovery Services. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pbgfl PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. As part of its Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, and a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirement, the City has an emergency debris and disaster recovery services contract with a primary contractor, and two alternate contractors. This contract is primarily utilized during hurricane season to manage the collection and appropriate disposal of storm debris. The City’s current contract will expire at the end of February 2027, and a replacement contract is needed to maintain continuity of services.
