The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a Limited/Sole Source Justification to extend six existing EMERALD IDIQ contracts to prevent service gaps while protests related to the follow-on CLOVER contract are resolved. The current period of performance for the EMERALD contracts is set to expire on December 15, 2025, and the extension will maintain mission-essential acquisition, financial, and business management support services performed at NGA Springfield. This action is a justification for other than full and open competition (sole/limited source) and is not a grant.
