Elevon Actuator Controller Phase III Remanufacture

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Nuclear Weapons Center is seeking a contractor to remanufacture Elevon Actuator Controller (EAC) units for the Air-Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM), including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and delivery of EAC Production Test Sets and Test Program Sets. The notice indicates the Air Force intends to award this as a sole-source procurement to The Boeing Company's Boeing Guidance and Repair Center as the only qualified source, and the acquisition may be structured as an IDIQ or definitive contract. The pre-solicitation was posted at the end of January 2026 with an estimated solicitation date in February 2026 and proposals due May 20, 2026; funds are not currently available and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
