The Project generally consists of installation of a new, Owner-furnished prefabricated electrical building and two (2) Owner-furnished 12kV-480V pad‑mounted transformers, including new Electrical-below grade duct banks, utility vaults, conduits, 12kV electrical feeders, manual transfer switch and related equipment; offloading, placement, and anchorage of new Owner-furnished facilities and equipment; installation of equipment and building pads, civil site work, cast-in-place concrete building landings, sidewalk, trenching, excavation, pavement rehabilitation and related site work; demolition of existing electrical and control system equipment and related facilities; intercepting, splicing and pulling existing feeders and controls from existing Substation D switchgear, motor control centers, PLC panel, as well as feeders from various other areas of the treatment plant facilities, and terminating inside the new prefabricated electrical building; repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility within the Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
