Economic Development Strategic Plan

The City of Escalon is seeking a consultant to develop an Economic Development Strategic Plan. The plan should outline concrete steps to build a robust and diversified local economy that enhances the City's fiscal health. The consultant will be expected to review and analyze land use and business opportunities on State Route 120, McHenry Avenue, and Main Street, and provide recommendations to support existing local businesses and attract new businesses to the area. The consultant will also be expected to engage with the local business community and develop a business support network or framework to provide guidance, expertise, or mentoring as needed.
