Summary
To provide for Off-Range Corral support services, including animal feed and care. Off-Range Corral Holding Services: Maintain and care for wild horses and burros from the western preparation facilities. Upon arrival at the facility, animals shall be unloaded, sorted, and identified by the Contractor. Sorting of the animals will be done primarily by sex, age, and species. The Contractor will verify neck tag or freeze mark and place in appropriate corrals conditional of the BLM acceptance. The contractor will restrain (i.e. chute or gentled) animals as needed for vaccinations, deworming, hoof trimming, etc. The contractor will provide all land, pens, feed, salt, minerals, and water necessary for maintaining wild horses and burros as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) as well as quantities per Section B, Price Schedule.
