Boiler / Chiller Water Treatment East Tennessee Regional Office The Department of Disability and Aging requires comprehensive, reliable, and professionally administered water¿treatment services to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of heating, cooling, and closed¿loop systems at the East Tennessee Regional Office. These services are essential for protecting critical infrastructure, preventing equipment deterioration, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a safe environment for staff, visitors, and facility operations. The Contractor must deliver consistent, high¿quality service using industry¿approved methods, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate closely with Agency personnel to meet all operational and performance requirements.This shall be an awarded procurement for a contract term of five (5) years.
