Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution Attic HVAC and Controls Upgrade (Invitation to Bid)

Description: The scope of work for this project is upgrade the institution HVAC equipment, updating/retro commissioning all existing DDC controls, adding new DDC points and to HVAC equipment not currently on the controls. Adding UV lights as indicted on the drawings, replace pneumatic FSD actuators with electric actuators, and replace the primary chilled water pump and distributed coil pumps.
