Summary
Constructing a new permanent driveway to provide access to a new Natural Gas Regulator Station. To prepare the site for the driveway the project includes removal of the following existing structures; Temporary Construction Entrance, Temporary HDPE Pipe Culvert and Concrete Headwalls, and Concrete Drainage Ditch. Following the Demolition Work, the Project includes the construction of a permanent driveway featuring heavy duty asphalt pavement, TDOT compliant concrete ditch, permanent culvert crossing, and accompanying headwalls. The plans indicate a gravel driveway segment extending from just beyond the culvert crossing to the regulator station; this segment has already been constructed by others. Contractor will be responsible for connecting the new permanent driveway to the existing gravel section and completing all final grading and site stabilization necessary to achieve the design elevations and alignments shown in the plans. The Work shall be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to initiation of the Work activities.
