Exterior improvements and repairs include new standing seam metal roof, sanding and refinishing of wood fascias, new aluminum soffits, replacement of door slabs and hardware, cleaning of concrete walk surfaces and split-faced block walls, removal and replacement of sealant joints in walk surface and at building perimeter, removal of drinking fountains and install of new bottle filler, new lighting and photoelectric sensors. Interior improvements and repairs include new epoxy flooring, replacement of vanity countertops and back splashes, replacement of over-mount lavatories, replacement of scald guards.

This project includes the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a prefabricated family-style restroom and shower building and coordination with existing site utilities.

Update, repair and refresh the two shower houses and one restroom. Work includes remove stall doors, mirrors and toilet paper dispensers. Prep, prime and paint inside walls of two shower houses and one restroom, one at a time. Prime and paint wood ceiling, solid door and wooden trim. Gloss white paint on the ceilings and gloss medium blue walls. Paint conduits and other pipes. Replace 15 toilet stall doors and add 8 shower doors with solid plastic doors. Replace wood on 20 benches with solid composite. The building does not have heat. .
