Early Intervention Program Monitoring and Quality Improvement Services (RFP)

Montgomery County

Early intervention services and supports are accessible to County residents with children who qualify for services. The County desires to enter into a contract with qualified organizations, agencies or individuals to provide high quality early intervention services to children from birth through age four (4).

Arkansas Department of Human Services

To obtain pricing and a contract for Outreach & Program Support Improvement (PSI) Services across all DHS Divisions. The primary objective of this RFP is twofold: 1. Quality Improvement - The development and management of quality improvement activities to improve outcomes and promote best practices for DHS and its respective divisions and programs. 1. DHS Provider Outreach and Education - Overall support and education of providers of DHS programs and services through active training, communication, and feedback.

Pierce County

Provide qualified organizations to deliver expanded access to wellness, prevention, and early intervention behavioral health services that are not reimbursable under medicaid or private insurance. These programs should provide upstream supports that help individuals sustain emotional well-being and prevent the onset or escalation of behavioral health challenges, especially among individuals, families, and other vulnerable or underserved populations. Services should promote resilience and whole-person care, reduce reliance on crisis and inpatient systems, and/or reduce disparities for those with behavioral health struggles. See outside link.
