Dual Boiler Replacement at 1020 Washburn (RFP)

Seeking the services of a qualified contractor to remove and replace two boilers. The expected work will include the removal and disposal of existing equipment, the supply and installation of new components, electrical work, minimum one year warranty, and all other work. Isolate boilers and drain. Disconnect and remove existing boilers, intake piping and flue piping. Furnish and install (2) lochinvar ftxl500 boilers, boiler pumps, gas regulators and condensate neutralizers. Provide crane service to assist in removal of metallic flue pipe and installation new pvc flues from roof to basement. Connect water piping, gas piping, flue piping, electrical and drain as required.
