Dining Services for Public Safety Training Academy (RFP)
Provision and operation of comprehensive dining services in support of a public safety training academy campus. The dining program is intended to support the nutritional needs of trainees and staff participating in intensive, multi-day training programs at the facility. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable food services that accommodate a dynamic training population. The dining facility is designed to produce and serve up to 1,400 meals per service period, for three (3) meals per day, resulting in a potential capacity of up to 4,200 meals daily. The typical dining schedule will include Sunday dinner through Friday lunch, with special events as required by the State. The dining area is designed to seat 350 trainees at one time, with meal service structured to accommodate up to four (4) seatings per meal period to serve the full trainee population.
