Scope includes full design disciplines, construction drawings and specifications (including routing/reconnection to existing fuel lines), survey work, code compliance, construction cost opinions, construction administration (RFIs, submittals, change orders, periodic site visits — minimum eight site visits), field observation reports with photos, coordination with utilities and AHJs, and bid assistance.
