The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation issued a Sources Sought (DOIRFBO260004) seeking sources capable of providing electrical service installation to support the Heart Butte Dam Safety Modification Project, including constructing reinforced concrete pads for a transformer and CT cabinet, grounding, furnishing and installing electrical components (CT cabinet, main distribution panel), and installing buried conduit/cable and coordinating with Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative. The notice is market research (Sources Sought) to identify capable small business sources; period of performance requires completion within approx. 60 calendar days of PO award and no later than June 30, 2026. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer (Mitchell Frost, mfrost@usbr.gov) by 2026-01-09 at 17:00 EST.
