Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) Consultant Pool (RFQL 4922)

Description: NYSERDA's Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) Consultant Pool (RFQL 4922) is a Request for Qualifications seeking community-based organizations and Indigenous-led entities to join a pool of DAC Consultants who will execute contracts to provide advisory and outreach services supporting NYSERDA's clean-energy and climate-equity initiatives. Selected consultants will be compensated at pre-established rates for delivering services such as community-needs assessment, program-design feedback, workshop facilitation, co-design participation, and outreach assistance to NYSERDA program teams on an as-needed basis. The solicitation supports NYSERDA's Climate Equity Strategy and the State's goal, under the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, of directing 40% of clean-energy benefits to disadvantaged communities.
