Description: The Contractor shall provide the services and supplies described in one or more Performance Areas (PA) under section C.3. Given the proprietary nature of certain aspects of the requirement, some contractors may not be capable of fulfilling the requirements of Performance Area 2. C.2.1. Performance area 1: dtbm da2 production, Parts, and Support The contractor shall develop, manufacture, supply, and support DA2 units per Section C.3.1. This must ensure that: 1. The device shall meet or exceed the technical device and data requirements defined in Attachment J1 – DA2 Requirements. 2. A DA2 Technical Data Package (TDP) shall be provided and maintained. 3. Warranty repairs are available as needed. 4. All DA2 spare parts and components for device integrity, repair, and use are available and supplied as needed and ordered. 5. User guides, training materials, and system documentation must be provided. 6. Software development services using Agile development methodology are available for platform enhancements and modifications. See attached file.
