Development of Climate Action Plan — COR26-00304 RFP

Description: The City of Regina seeks a consultant to develop an integrated five-year Climate Action Plan addressing adaptation and emissions reduction and building on the City’s existing sustainability and climate-adaptation strategies. The work includes a gap analysis, internal and public engagement, developing and prioritizing climate actions, and establishing implementation, monitoring, and progress-reporting approaches. Deliverables include engagement and analysis outputs, prioritized actions, a monitoring framework, a draft and final plan, and an implementation report.
