Development of a Combined Town Hall Complex Town of Bay Harbor Islands (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work includes approx. of design, construction, financing, and ongoing maintenance of a municipal building(s) for a town hall, council chambers, community space, administrative offices, police department, parking garage and an optional grocery store. The Project, as proposed, contains an alternate which includes an independent police headquarters located on an existing Town parking lot.
