Construction of a new chlorine contact basin, and structural upgrades of the existing finished water reservoir. Construction requires the removal of solids recovery basin (srb) #3 and relocation of piping and electrical for the solids recovery pump station. The remaining work consists of a new ramp into the concrete-lined basin, a roadway along the west and south side of the srbs, replacement of HVAC equipment, and new generators at the operations annex and south coast booster pump station.
