Detention Center Security Electronics, Locking System, and Video Management System Replacement RFP

Description: Pamlico County, North Carolina is seeking sealed proposals from qualified detention security electronics vendors, contractors, locksmiths, and system integrators for the replacement of security electronics, detention locking system components, and video management systems at the Pamlico County Detention Center. The selected vendor shall provide a complete, turnkey detention security electronics, detention locking system, and video management system replacement, including PLC-based door control components, touch screen control stations, intercom system components, detention lock cylinder replacement, video management software, cameras, network infrastructure, monitoring workstations, installation, programming, integration, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and support. This is a competitive, performance-based solicitation and the County will not accept a sole-source proposal for this system replacement.
