Designer Services for the Pauline Agassiz Shaw School Project (Request for Qualification)

The City of Boston Public Facilities Department (PFD) issued an RFQ seeking designer services for the Pauline Agassiz Shaw School Project (Shaw-Taylor Elementary School) to provide full design services including feasibility study, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration for a K–12 renovation/expansion. The estimated construction cost is $100,000,000–$115,000,000 and the period of performance is approximately 256 weeks after contract execution. Key personnel must include architecture and engineering disciplines and firms must be registered Architects in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have CM-at-Risk and K–12 renovation experience.
