The project includes the renovation of the existing pre-trip inspection building. The renovation will be to the existing conditioned space and there will be a new 1,097 SF addition. The addition will be office and breakroom space and include a restroom and a mechanical room. The addition will be a slab on grade with metal stud walls and 4" CMU veneer to match the existing CMU walls. The roof will be metal joists with a standing seam metal roof. All walls and roof will be insulated, and the windows will be aluminum storefront. The project also includes a slab on grade metal frame and storefront vestibule with a standing seam roof.

Design & Construct New, Directors House - Missouri State Fairgrounds *Re-bid* RFP
The work includes concrete slab and foundations and will be constructed of wood 2x framing and pre-engineered wood trusses. Exterior finishes include concrete board plank siding, pre-finished metal fascia, soffits, gutters and downspouts, and residential aluminum clad exterior doors and windows. Interior finishes will consist of LVT & ceramic tile flooring, rubber base, painted gypsum board walls and ceilings. Laminate cabinets and residential solid core doors will be utilized throughout the residence. Standard residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be utilized. Minor site work as indicated on the construction documents.
