Typical work under the contract will include but will not be limited to: general building renovation, vertical construction, horizontal construction, security and force protection of new and existing facilities, and incidental work as well as other types of design-build and construction services. All work will be assigned and accomplished in accordance with individual task orders. The primary area of coverage will be the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and/or US territories. Work will be performed on land owned, leased, or with use agreements located in any US state or territory.
