Deschutes National Forest Belly Dump Trailer Reconditioning (Request For Quotation) Bend

Description: Full Frame Inspection and Reinforcement, 2 EA. Complete Suspension/Axle Replacement, 2 EA. Complete reconditioning of two belly dump trailers. Work includes full structural refurbishment, replacement of critical mechanical systems, and complete modernization of electrical, air, and safety components. Both trailers will undergo full frame inspection and reinforcement, including crack repair, straightening, and replacement or fabrication of structural elements such as crossmembers and push blocks. The requirement includes full suspension and axle replacement, installation of a new kingpin and upper coupler components (if needed), and a complete electrical and air system overhaul from front to back. The trailers’ hopper and gate systems will be rebuilt, including installation of a new AR liner, rebushed hinges, and new cylinders. See attached file.
