The contractor shall provide a utility/explosive detection canine capable of supporting an installation-wide detection and deterrence program. The canine shall be trained for the functional responsibilities to include conducting vehicle inspections for force protection purposes at installation access points, conducting detection sweeps for explosives at designated areas, providing canine support for vip missions, clearing unaccompanied vehicles, packages, and items discovered on or adjacent to carlisle barracks property, and periodically conducting roving patrols for deterrence purposes.
