Construction of Left Turn Lane & Driveways on Road to serve Brighton Tract for KB Home Lone Star, Inc on behalf of County Municipal Utility District. The project includes a Left Turn Lane and Driveways for Brighton Tract.

This intersection and road improvement project/contract consists of 0.400 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, new turn lane construction, sidewalk, curb & gutter, pavement widening, asphalt, striping, construction of a roundabout, signal update & ATMS/ITS. Work includes approx. 15,000 CY earthwork, 2,190 SY concrete flat work, 1,430 LF storm drain pipe, 2,449 LF curb & gutter, 3,116 TN asphalt.
