Demolition of Residential Property

Provide demolition and clean-up of residential and accessory structures. Site demolition shall include complete demolition of the specified site including, but not limited to, the removal of the buildings, all concrete, masonry, wood, glass, plaster, metal, ceramic, roofing, mechanical equipment, and insulation materials. The items and structures will include, but not limited to, buildings, accessory buildings, assessor structures, retaining walls, chimneys, wells, cisterns, fuel storage tanks, signs (except within the road right of way), antennas, all concrete sidewalk removal, all concrete curb removal, bituminous pavement removal, concrete pavement removal, miscellaneous concrete removal, etc.; however, all concrete sidewalk and curb within the road right-of-way shall remain in place.
