Summary
Demolition and removal. All structures must be demolished and removed. All vehicles, campers, trailers, or similar moveable
property shall be removed. All trash, debris, garbage, and refuse shall be removed. Basements/Cellars must be removed to a depth of 2 feet below grade. Drain holes must be drilled in basement floors. Clean concrete may be used for fill. 3. All wells/cisterns must be filled and a concrete cap poured at a depthof 18" to 2' below grade. All utilities must be capped and marked. All debris, that legally can be, must be disposed of at the City transfer station. All debris must be disposed of in accordance with applicable law. As a condition of payment, contractor shall provide City in writing the following information for all demolition debris, clean or general, and all
uncontaminated soil generated.
