Seeks to identify vendors who can provide Personnel Vetting products in accordance with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and the Federal Personnel Vetting Investigative Standards. DCSA is seeking vendors who can demonstrate a flexible, cost-efficient, and high-performance investigative workforce capable of meeting fluctuating workload surge demands. This includes strategic fieldwork optimization by prioritizing scheduling through the lens of capacity, productivity, geography, and risk management to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met. Contractors will be expected to possess and maintain a Top-Secret facility clearance granted by DCSA.
