DCF Parenting Capacity Evaluation

Description: The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families seeks proposals to conduct culturally and linguistically competent and impartial parenting capacity evaluations and to form a statewide pool of approved providers to respond to referrals from DCF area offices. Providers must submit evaluation reports within 45 calendar days of receipt of referral (with possible extensions) and provide services across the Commonwealth.
