Data center co-location provider to support the following objectives for state data center(s) and co-location operations: (a) reduce data center co-location operational costs by providing a shared data center co-location with integrated energy efficiency and costs; (b) improve data center and co-location system performance, scalability, and reliability using upgraded technologies and infrastructure; (c) accommodate future data center and co-location growth, technology advancements, and increased demands for capacity and performance; (d) provide robust disaster recovery through geographically dispersed data center and co-location sites to ensure resilience against unexpected circumstances; and (e) provide physical security and upon request "smart hands" data center technicians who perform physical tasks onsite for operational processes and workflows.
