Cybersecurity Engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services RFP

Description: The Department of the Army seeks a contractor to provide non-personal cybersecurity engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) support services for Aberdeen Test Center systems. The work encompasses RMF analysis, planning, implementation, assessment, authorization-to-operate lifecycle support, configuration management, security controls, and continuous monitoring, with surge support for Top Secret enclaves. This is an 8(a) set-aside solicitation for one base year with four one-year options and a possible six-month extension.
