Summary
Construct an interior alteration of two office departments (Customer Service and Administration) with minor exterior work to the roof to provide new tubular daylighting devices and rework a bathroom exhaust fan. Work incorporates: 1) Create six new private offices and demolish two private offices and a conference room within the open office space of the admin and customer service departments; 2) Upgrade fluorescent light fixtures to LED light fixtures in the interior area of work; 3) New tubular daylighting devices in admin office area to provide additional daylight to the space; 4) Replace toilet partitions in men's and women's restrooms for added privacy; 5) Install Audio/Visual devices in approved locations; 6) Rework interior mechanical, electrical, telco and plumbing systems per new furniture and equipment layouts, partition modifications, lighting and HVAC modifications; 7) Rework sprinkler and alarm system, as required in area of work; (Delegated design to contractor) 8) Coordinate with owner for dust and sound control, access control, protection and safety measures as facility will be occupied during construction; most areas of work will be vacated during construction; and 9) Coordinate with owner security vendors.
