Custodial Cleaning Services - (RFP)

The contractor will be expected to provide custodial cleaning services for all district buildings, which may include, but are not limited to: Classrooms; Offices; Restrooms; Hallways; Cafeterias; Gymnasiums; Common areas; Entrances and lobbies. Minimum services required include: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; Emptying trash receptacles daily and replacing liners as needed.; Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures and mirrors; Dusting and cleaning surfaces, furniture, and equipment; Cleaning windows and glass doors (interior and exterior) as needed; Spot cleaning walls, doors, and light switches; Restocking restroom supplies; Performing periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
