CUPCCAA Restroom Renovation at Alcott and University

Description: Work consists of restroom renovations. Remove existing ceramic tiles from floors on the three office restrooms. The two mpr restrooms epoxy floor and wall tiles. Refloat floors and walls and install new 4x4 tiles on walls and 2x2 on floors. 4 feet minimum on walls on the office restrooms. Mot will remove and re-install all plumbing and paper towel dispensers. Mot will also be painting all interiors of all five restrooms.
