Description: Renovate Building 11, Section 13 by expanding the current 4,700 square foot space into a neighboring office to add an additional 3,450 square feet. The contractor shall renovate Building 11, Section 13 by removing existing furniture, removing existing office partitions, installing new office partitions, replacing existing flooring and wall base, and installing new furniture. Renovate sand modify existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to accommodate the new space layout.
