Crash Location & Engineering Analysis Repository (CLEAR) Enhancements, Maintenance and Support Services for NYSDOT

Description: This is a sole-source contract action by the New York State Department of Transportation to extend and continue Contract #C038100 for enhancements, maintenance, and support of the CLEAR system. The Office of the State Comptroller granted an exemption to competitive advertising, approving a single-source selection to extend the contract through December 31, 2028.
