Work includes construction and installation of approx. 34 large wood and boulder features (8 bar apex jams, 8 cover jams, 8 bank protection, 6 bench jams, 2 deflector jams, and 2 boulder clusters). The features will be built with 625 logs and approx. 410 3-4' boulders in accordance with engineered plans. Refer to engineered plans (attached) for the structural designs. Construction of some of the large wood features will involve excavation of soil to use for fill and willow planting within the fill. Contractor will be responsible for falling trees/digging up trees for the project and will be responsible for obtaining and staging boulders for the project.

Seeks to retain the services of a qualified consulting firm to conduct a land development feasibility study for up to three separate parcels of land owned by the tribe. This project is currently in the pre-construction phase with the scope of services listed below based on the outcome of the studies the tribe s intent is to select the parcel that best fits the project needs to move forward to a design and construction phase.
