Provide assistance to bilateral, regional, and centrally-managed counternarcotics programs and budgets for activities directed at supporting the development, delivery, assessment, management, and evaluation of foreign assistance related to illicit drug supply reduction to further United States foreign policy interests and alignment with international drug control conventions.
