Description: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) issued as solicitation number 12363N26Q4110 for the Cottonwood Fuel Break Stewardship under the R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA for work in the Fremont-Winema National Forest (Lakeview Ranger District). The acquisition is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside; only current holders of the R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA may submit quotes. The USDA Forest Service is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure pumping and waste removal services for vault toilets, pit toilets, and septic systems across multiple National Forests in Oregon and Washington. Contractors must provide personnel, equipment, materials, vehicles, supervision, and disposal services on an as-needed basis, with services generally required during operating seasons but potentially year-round. This is a Total Small Business set-aside that accepts responses at the government’s discretion through the BPA period ending in March 2031.
