Cornerstone Courtyard HVAC System Replacement (RFP)

Replace existing cooling-only ductless split systems and electric resistance heating at the Cornerstone Courtyard Apartments with new all-in-one packaged terminal heat pumps (PTHP) in residential units including all associated demolition, electrical modifications, and installation. The base bid includes replacement of existing cooling-only ductless split systems and electric resistance heating with new all-in-one packaged terminal heat pumps (PTHP) in residential units, including all associated demolition, electrical modifications, and installation work as detailed in the HVAC Narrative. Alternate 1: Eliminate removal of baseboard heaters and electrical connections in bedrooms. Eliminate installation of cove heaters and electrical connections in bedrooms, Alternate 2: Eliminate demolition of existing dryer exhaust ductwork to the outside. Existing dryer exhaust penetrations and ductwork to remain in place (capped/sealed as required by code). Note: this alternate makes no changes to the electrical scope with regard to the laundry equipment.
