Coordination of DEC's Beyond Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BBOW) Program

Description: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation seeks coordination of its Beyond Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BBOW) Program, with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County identified to provide that coordination. The program offers women outdoor-skills instruction, and BBOW generally provides smaller, single-day follow-on classes and events for women who have completed a beginner BOW class. DEC states that it intends to award this work under discretionary purchasing authority and has not issued an open solicitation for quotes; interested firms may submit supporting information for consideration.
