Controlled Entry Project - Ridgeview High School, Tom McCall Elementary School

Alter existing main offices and main entry areas at both schools to improve access control, enhance safety for students, and align with best practices for secure school entry design. Ridgeview High Scope of Work: The project involves the alteration of Ridge View High School's existing main office and main entry area to improve access control, enhance safety for students and staff, and align with best practices for secure school entry design. The work includes construction of a new secure entry vestibule, requiring modification of the existing building envelope. Specifically, an existing window opening within a tilt-up concrete wall panel adjacent to the reception area will be vertically enlarged to allow for the installation of a new door. Tom McCall Elementary Scope of Work: The project is the alteration of Tom McCall Elementary School's existing main office and entry to improve access control, enhance students and staff safety, and align with best practices for controlled entries. The design includes an additional door and partial wall, access control measures, and modifications to existing infrastructure as needed.
